One-time Excel add-in for the 2026-10 Esketamine Master Tracker rollout. On the tracker that is open, it adds the Appt List tab (Table47, A4:I, rows 1-2 merged) with the AO/AP date helpers, adds Last Treatment / Next Treatment / Scheduled Thru to the Master Patient Tracker, removes PCN and Care Nav, breaks links to other workbooks, and fills the tab from the clinic’s NextGen “1 ESK Ordering - B” export.
Install: Excel on the web > Home > Add-ins > More Add-ins > My Add-ins > Upload My Add-in > setup-manifest.xml.
Open the tracker, click ESK Setup, choose the report (or “No appointments” for the template), Set up this tracker.
Remove the add-in when the rollout is done.
The report is read inside the panel and written only to the workbook. This site serves code only; no patient data.
